Since all of our fine pewter dragons are handmade by artisans in the USA, we are unable to guarantee these items will be in our inventory at all times. Items not available for immediate shipment will be requested from the artisans, who do not make these items in advance of orders they receive. In such cases, it typically takes four to eight weeks for new orders to be completed and shipped. During this period we will make every effort to keep in touch with our customers regarding the expected delivery date. Should you be ordering these items as a gift or need them by a specific date, please do not hesitate to contact customer service prior to placing your order to determine availability.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee is charged on non-defective merchandise. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return the product in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. If an item happens to be out of stock we will send the customer an e-mail letting them know approximately when it will be available (if known). The customer will have the option to wait for the item to become available, select a different item or receive a refund if their credit card has been charged.
Damaged Goods Policy
Inspect your merchandise upon arrival - damage claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of delivery. If you receive damaged merchandise please contact customer service and include the product SKU number, quantity and defect. Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once - we will not reship or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. Do not return the items yourself and incur return shipping costs without contacting us first. All items with a value of $10.00 or more and/or excessive damage claims will require an emailed photo of the damage for immediate replacement - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are unable to furnish a photo you may request a pre-paid return label. Once we have received the merchandise we will ship a replacement. Please note this process takes approximately two weeks.
